Terms of Service

1. The Service

Postleet is an AI agent for social media. For each product you add (a website or app), it studies the product’s public information, writes posts in the styles (“vibes”) you choose, creates or selects images, publishes to the social accounts you connect on the schedule you set, and reads and replies to comments on those posts. Features, supported platforms and limits may change as we improve the Service or as platforms change their rules.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
• Keep your login secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only add products, websites, apps and social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Plans, free trial and billing

• One plan per product. Each product you add needs its own subscription (Starter, Plus or Pro). Plan features and limits — such as channels, posts per day and AI images — are shown on our pricing and billing pages.
• Free trial. When we offer one, new subscriptions may start with a free trial (3 days unless stated otherwise), limited to one per person and per product. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the plan price. We’ll email you before the trial ends.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Changes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Billing. Upgrades may be charged a prorated amount right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect as described at checkout. When a plan ends, the agent for that product stops posting.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller / merchant of record for your purchase and handles applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Prices may be shown in your local currency.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected].
• Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Unpaid accounts. If a payment fails, we may pause the agent until the balance is paid.

4. Your responsibilities for content

• You are the publisher. Posts and replies are published on your accounts, in your name. You are responsible for everything published through the Service, including content posted automatically when you turn on Autopilot.
• Review AI output. AI-generated text and images can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. We recommend reviewing posts and replies before they go out, and you should check that claims about your product are true.
• Follow platform rules. You must comply with the terms, community guidelines and advertising or disclosure rules of each platform you post to (for example subreddit rules on self-promotion) and with applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising rules.
• Your materials. You must have the rights to anything you give us — links, images, brand names and instructions — and permission for us to use it to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• send spam, run fake engagement, or manipulate platform algorithms or metrics;
• publish false, deceptive or misleading content, including fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements;
• impersonate any person or organization, or post for accounts you aren’t authorized to manage;
• publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or infringing content;
• promote illegal products or services, or anything prohibited by the platforms you post to;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service, or get around its limits or security.

We may remove content, pause agents or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party platforms and services

The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers (such as X, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Zernio, OpenAI, fal.ai, Google and Stripe). They may change or restrict their APIs, suspend accounts, or limit what can be posted, which can affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their decisions, or content they display, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Ownership and licenses

• Your content. You keep ownership of the content and materials you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, adapt and publish them only as needed to provide and improve the Service for you.
• Generated content. As between you and us, the posts, replies and images the Service generates for you are yours to use, subject to these Terms and the terms of our AI providers. Similar output may be generated for others.
• Our service. The Service, its software, design and branding belong to Postleet. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.
• Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel subscriptions from Billing and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or others; where reasonable we will give notice first. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any level of reach, engagement, followers, traffic or sales, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postleet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or account suspensions by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Postleet against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content published through your account, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform’s rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Postleet about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
