Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Postleet (“Postleet”, “we”, “us”) at postleet.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Postleet lets you build video templates, render videos, and schedule and publish them to third-party social media channels you connect, such as YouTube and Facebook Pages. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, or the rights (including intellectual property rights) of others.
- Upload or publish content that is infringing, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
- Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Publish content in violation of the terms of any connected platform.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account (e.g. YouTube, Facebook), your use of that platform through Postleet is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you publish complies with each platform’s rules. You can disconnect a platform at any time.
Your content
You retain ownership of the templates, media, and other content you create or upload. You grant Postleet a limited license to host, process, render, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and to publish content on your behalf to the channels you direct. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and publish the content you provide.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Postleet and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed, as those platforms are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postleet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
